About The Position

Supporting the L&D operations and key applications, the Learning Operations Specialist role oversees the maintenance of the LMS and all aspects of our learning platforms that relate to how all users interface with learning content. The role administers all learning and development programs, learning technologies and L&D processes. The role enables tools, logistics support and provides a high level of customer support to all internal stakeholders. The Learning Operations Specialist assists in building and maintaining mechanisms through which learning programs can be easily accessed, adopted and measured. Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Learning Management Systems (Oracle Cloud HCM preferred)
  • Strong communication skills
  • 3+ years of experience in supporting L&D operations, systems and tools
  • Completion of Post Secondary education (diploma/degree) or equivalent experience
  • Strong PC skills with fluency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, Word

Responsibilities

  • Works with Learning and Development designers and external content partners where applicable to ensure timely integration, uploading and functioning of courses for launch purposes
  • Maintains and updates orientation, onboarding and other curriculums on the LMS and all new hire related learning processes (retail, supply chain, B2B, corporate), mandatory and health & safety courses by working closely with subject and business matter experts
  • Schedules, prepares and coordinates all logistics, registrations and materials to support national training calendar workshops and learning programs
  • Manages and responds to internal L&D inquiries and manages inbox resolutions by engaging L&D team and/or others if required
  • Supports written L&D marketing and communications and ensures communications are scheduled
  • Creates and distributes reports to the business
