Administer and manage the Gnosis LMS platform, including user setup, permissions, course assignments, and system configuration. Oversee day-to-day LMS operations to ensure system functionality, data accuracy, and a seamless user experience. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to upload, test, and maintain training content and learning paths. Generate and analyze LMS reporting (completion rates, compliance, engagement metrics) to support business objectives. Troubleshoot system issues, provide end-user support, and liaise with external vendors or technical teams as needed. Ensure compliance training and certifications are tracked accurately and completed within required timelines. Lead continuous improvements to LMS processes, workflows, and adoption strategies.
