About The Position

The Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator supports the Public Service Training (PST) Division in delivering Government of Nunavut (GN) wide training and development programs by administering and optimizing the GN’s Learning Management System (Oracle Fusion Cloud Learning). PST’s mandate is to strengthen the skills and competencies of GN employees, support career development, and enhance the quality of public service delivery across Nunavut. The Department of Human Resources (HR) supports the Government of Nunavut in building a strong, skilled, and inclusive public service by attracting great talent, developing employees, and fostering workplaces where people can thrive. The department provides leadership in recruitment, training, HR policy, and Inuit employment initiatives, ensuring the public service has the capacity and support needed to serve Nunavummiut effectively.
