What you’ll do Training & Learning Support Assist with planning and coordinating internal trainings, workshops, and development programs. Support HR and L&D with various learning initiatives, including scheduling sessions, preparing materials, and communicating with participants. Help prepare, revise, and distribute training materials, toolkits, agendas, and presentations. Maintain and organize training content, attendance records, and participant evaluations. Compile summaries of post-session surveys, feedback trends, and training outcomes. Event & Logistics Coordination Coordinate logistical aspects of training events and small-scale meetings (in-person, virtual, hybrid). Source venues, vendors, supplies, and equipment as needed; help secure required documentation. Assist with scheduling, room setup, virtual platform support, catering arrangements, and onsite logistics. Prepare and organize supplies, giveaways, name badges, and training kits. Provide onsite or virtual support, including session setup, troubleshooting minor tech issues, participant check-in, and post-event cleanup. Administrative & Operational Duties Track expenses, monitor budgets, and support expense reconciliation. Maintain organized records, logs, and tracking systems for training and event-related data. Support timeline development and project planning for training programs and events. Perform general administrative tasks including calendar coordination, file management, and report preparation. What you bring

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in event coordination, training support, administrative work, or related roles.
  • Experience assisting with logistics, scheduling, or vendor communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to proactively address issues as they arise.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and provide excellent internal customer service.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments and adapting to changing needs.
  • Willingness to learn and support new training and HR initiatives.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
