As a Learning Coordinator, you will play a critical role in strengthening the operational core of our learning experiences, translating vision into execution and creating the conditions for the team to scale with confidence. You will thrive in this role if you love bringing order to complexity, anticipating needs before they surface, and building systems that allow everyone to do their best work. Our partners engage with cohort-based learning experiences that can last up to a year, and youâll be on the core team that makes the magic happen. You will ensure our learning experiences run smoothly from start to finish, creating the conditions for facilitators, speakers, and partners to focus on what matters most: delivering meaningful learning and connection. In this role, you are the steady throughline across programs, projects, and platforms, translating vision into execution and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
