The Learning Content Specialist is primarily responsible for managing learning content for the Consumer Banking & Mortgage division of BOK Financial. This includes developing, sourcing, editing, reviewing and maintaining content to support the daily operations and documentation of the Consumer Banking & Mortgage division. This position is responsible for working with subject matter experts across the organization, compliance, audit, and fair banking to interpret business-driven and regulatory changes. This position also works closely with learning and development, senior management, middle management, operations, front-line staff and vendors to improve knowledge repository functionality.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Existing knowledge of products, services, policies, procedures, processes and applicable regulations
  • Knowledge of technical copywriting and editing, especially for Web publication
  • Strong ability to consolidate significant amounts of information into a usable format and communicate complicated concepts and technical data in simple terms
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within cross-departmental teams
  • Detail-oriented in process and in results
  • Familiarity with supporting software applications (e.g., ServiceNow, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Experience with content management, writing and editing, and utilizing web tools to distribute information.
  • Strong organization and planning skills
  • Understanding of reporting including the ability to create written or verbal communications on report content, ability to create strategies and action plans based on identified trends

  • LMS system experience
  • Work experience in a financial institution or thorough understanding of financial products and services
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML, content management systems (CMS), or knowledge management systems (KMS)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Consumer and Mortgage Banking knowledge repository.
  • Create and publish content supporting process, policy, regulatory, and product changes.
  • Ensure materials align with compliance, operational, and risk requirements.
  • Review and approve content for accuracy, relevance, and accessibility.
  • Maintain content links, archives, and consistent site organization standards.
  • Create and update job aids and on-demand learning resources.
  • Support business initiatives by managing knowledge projects and driving continuous improvement.
