The BlueCare Operations team is excited to welcome a new Learning Facilitator! We’re looking for a high-energy professional with at least 2 years of experience in BlueCare claims/ customer service who’s passionate about coaching, teaching, and leading others. In this role, you’ll design and deliver engaging training programs for both new hires and current team members—facilitating classroom instruction and hands-on learning that directly supports the success of our customer service and claims teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s patient, creative, and eager to grow as a facilitator and leader. Whether you have prior training experience or are ready to step into a learning-focused role, we encourage you to apply. This position does require to come onsite so candidates must live within a 35-mile radius of the Chattanooga Campus.
