TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment within the organization. This role involves designing and expanding training and development programs aligned with product-specific training methodologies and initiatives. The Learning Experience Leader will set standards through their conduct and work ethic, create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training, including curriculum, training, and exams for general preparatory courses. They will also deliver technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements, accomplish projects, and motivate trainees through effective training. Continuous improvement of training programs and learning opportunities is key, with the ability to amend and revise programs as needed to adapt to workplace changes. The role requires acting as a content expert, maintaining relevant training documents and materials, developing effective induction programs, monitoring trainee progress, and auditing trainees in the field to ensure adherence to company policies. The Learning Experience Leader will also ensure statutory training requirements are met, understand and apply e-learning techniques, research and present new technologies in workplace learning, and ensure trainees adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct. This position specifically supports the learning and development of Roadside Assistance Specialists.
