About The Position

TaskUs is seeking a Learning Experience Leader to create and maintain a positive and professional learning environment within the organization. This role involves designing and expanding training and development programs aligned with product-specific training methodologies and initiatives. The Learning Experience Leader will set standards through their conduct, work ethic, integrity, and character. They will create and deliver end-user, partner, and distributor training, including curriculum, training, and exams for general preparatory courses prior to enterprise endorsement. The role also includes delivering technical preparatory training covering basic skill requirements, accomplishing projects, motivating trainees, and continuously improving training programs. The Learning Experience Leader will amend and revise programs as necessary, act as a content expert, maintain relevant training documents and materials, and develop effective induction programs. They will monitor and review trainees' progress, audit trainees in the field, ensure statutory training requirements are met, understand e-learning techniques, and research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning. This role specifically supports the learning and development of Roadside Assistance Specialists.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Meets driver requirements, including driving record and criminal history under applicable regulations and laws in the state(s) in which the self-driving vehicle monitor will be working
  • Must have and maintain a valid state driver’s license
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in professional driving on public roads
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications
  • A problem solver and critical thinker
  • Follow well-defined methods, procedures, reports, forms, and competent aspects of the job
  • Can present and facilitate a class discussion
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative—can think outside the box with different ways to motivate and engage an audience
  • With strong interpersonal, conflict management, mentoring, organizational, project management, and influencing skills
  • Has excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Can work in a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and longer hours
  • Expected to function as a teammate, supporting production when needed
  • Up to 25% travel required
  • Possess knowledge of and/or previous experience of driving in a professional setting, such as driving delivery trucks and operating safely within high-traffic or congested city zones and in small areas.

Nice To Haves

  • Four-year college degree (preferred) in a related field like industrial or applied sciences
  • Additional experience is preferred
  • At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in a related field (training or teaching experience)
  • Has strong leadership skills, with proficiency in handling groups

Responsibilities

  • Amend and revise programs as necessary for them to adapt to the changes occurring in the work environment
  • Act as the content expert, and maintain relevant training documents and training materials for training conducted
  • Develop and create effective induction programs
  • Monitor and review trainees’ progress through questionnaires and discuss with their managers
  • Audit trainees in field to ensure strict adherence to company policies
  • Ensure that statutory training requirements are met, understand e-learning techniques and identify where they are relevant, and be involved in the creation and/or delivery of e-learning packages
  • Research and present new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning
  • Ensure that all trainees adhere to the company’s Code of Conduct
  • Support learning and development of our Roadside Assistance Specialist
