Requirements

Proficiency with modern learning design tools and familiarity with LMS platforms.
Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design models.
Experience with various learning modalities and effective evaluation strategies.
Excellent writing, visual design, and storytelling skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging learning experiences supporting various business initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to analyze performance gaps and define learning objectives.
Determine effective learning modalities for each solution, including eLearning and blended learning.
Utilize AI tools for design and ensure accuracy and inclusivity.
Maintain project plans in Asana and track project milestones and deadlines.
Provide weekly project updates and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
Apply adult learning theory and design for inclusiveness and compliance.
