As a vital team member, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance gaps and develop scalable learning solutions that enhance employee performance and contribute to overall business success.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with modern learning design tools and familiarity with LMS platforms.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design models.
  • Experience with various learning modalities and effective evaluation strategies.
  • Excellent writing, visual design, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging learning experiences supporting various business initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to analyze performance gaps and define learning objectives.
  • Determine effective learning modalities for each solution, including eLearning and blended learning.
  • Utilize AI tools for design and ensure accuracy and inclusivity.
  • Maintain project plans in Asana and track project milestones and deadlines.
  • Provide weekly project updates and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Apply adult learning theory and design for inclusiveness and compliance.
