We are seeking a Learning Experience Designer to design and build critical product learning programs for customers and employees. As the Learning Experience Designer, you will take a hands-on approach in creating multi-modal learning programs that enhance our customersâ ability to independently administer their Employ solutions with confidence, ultimately driving case deflection, product adoption, customer retention and account growth. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Customer and Product Learning.
