At Peloton, the Learning and Development team plays a pivotal role in empowering people to live fit, strong, long, and happy lives by creating learning experiences that help team members grow stronger in their roles, thrive over the long haul, and find joy in their professional journeys. This role is for a creative, detail-oriented builder who can transform complex ideas into compelling, engaging, and measurable learning experiences. The designer will be responsible for designing and developing scalable learning assets that support management programs, the onboarding suite, and skills-based learning strategy. Reporting to the Director, Learning and Development, the designer will partner closely with subject matter experts, People Business Partners, and external vendors to build transformative experiences. A passion for learning craft, a strong visual sensibility, and the ability to work with speed and rigor in a fast-paced environment are desired.
