About The Position

As a member of the Enterprise Learning Experience team (ELX), you will be at the center of Fidelity's initiatives to deliver modern learning experiences across the enterprise. Your insight and ability to develop high-quality learning solutions will be crucial to building effective learning experiences at Fidelity. You will ideate, develop and refine new learning solutions and processes while contributing to complex learning projects.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree
At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Learning Experience Design.
Strong visual design skills
Web-development literacy required (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Experience building rich, evidence-based learning experiences across a variety of settings.
In-depth knowledge and skills in learning design and adult learning theory.
Ability to design and build learning experiences using modern graphic design, video and authoring tools such as the Adobe Creative Cloud.
Strong communication skills
Demonstrated excellence in project management.
Ability to design and develop large-scale projects with tight time constraints.
