Reporting to the Manager, Learning Experience Design, the Learning Experience Designer will create targeted learning experiences that provide our user with the information they need to implement, adopt, and optimize their use of our software - reducing customer effort and decreasing time to value. You are an out of the box thinker, who is comfortable designing learning experiences across multiple delivery methods, including VILT, video, eLearning, in-product guidance, workshops, and more. The ideal candidate for this role is an experienced instructional designer with a SaaS background, particularly designing training for external users. Your scope of work will focus on the production of content for our live training sessions and core on-demand courses. Joining an established group of learning designers, this is an opportunity not just to build amazing content, but to have real ownership of key areas of our program as we expand and improve the enablement experiences we make for our customers.
