About The Position

The Learning Experience Coordinator is an individual contributor role responsible for managing the Learning Management System (LMS) to ensure seamless deployment, rigorous tracking, and accurate reporting of all training initiatives. This role is crucial for maintaining data integrity, optimizing processes, and supporting the training team in a fast-paced environment. The position requires a digital native with a strong understanding of data and process optimization, working behind the scenes to ensure the effectiveness of the training department. This role is an onsite position, hiring in both Tempe, AZ or Novi, MI.

Requirements

  • 1+ years in an administrative or coordinator role, preferably within L&D, HR, or Operations.
  • Proven experience managing Cornerstone OnDemand (or a similar enterprise-grade LMS) is highly preferred.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups and pivot tables are essential).
  • Ability to explain complex data or technical issues clearly to non-technical teammates.
  • Ability to thrive in 'modern and agile' environments and re-prioritize effectively when priorities shift.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in tech, logistics, or a highly regulated field (AV, Aerospace, Medical) is a major plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Primary Administrator for the LMS, managing user groups, course versioning, and curriculum assignments.
  • Troubleshoot technical hurdles for learners and ensure a frictionless digital learning environment.
  • Audit the system regularly to ensure all training content is up-to-date and correctly mapped to specific roles.
  • Generate and analyze compliance reports to ensure 100% training completion for safety-critical roles.
  • Build automated dashboards and recurring reports for Training Managers and stakeholders to provide real-time visibility into team readiness.
  • Maintain 'audit-ready' digital records, ensuring compliance with TaskUs and client standards.
  • Coordinate the digital logistics for new hire classes, ensuring proper access and learning paths are assigned on Day 1.
  • Act as the 'right hand' to the training team, offloading administrative burdens.
  • Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and propose digital solutions for process agility.
