About The Position

As a key member of the Business Lifecycle Solutions (BLS) Learning Solutions team, within the Contracts, Procurement, & Pricing (CP&P) team, you will analyze, design, develop, implement, and evaluate learning interventions focused on individual team, cross-CP&P, and enterprise-wide upskilling and cross-skilling initiatives. In this role you will use your skills, experience, and education in adult learning theory, instructional design principles, and AI rapid development tools to assess training needs, manage review cycles, and design, develop, or update storyboards and interventions. You’ll use your project management and stakeholder engagement skills to initiate reviews, collect feedback, and manage review cycles. You’ll use your development-tool experience to develop and update learning courses, artifacts, and tools.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in training course development or instruction
3+ years of experience with training needs assessment and storyboard development
Knowledge of instructional design methodology, adult learning principles
Bachelor's degree
