About The Position
As a Learning & Development Specialist with KabaFusion, you will be an integral part of the L&D team. The position will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning programs that enhance our employees' skills, leading to increased performance. You will conduct needs assessments, develop innovative training solutions, and lead engaging workshops. The Learning & Development Specialist works collaboratively across multiple departments within the company to ensure trainings align with the company's goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, communications, education, or healthcare field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience developing and delivering training that utilizes a variety of multimedia and methods, for a range of audiences.
- Well-versed in communications, education, curriculum development, and learning assessment best practices with the ability to design and implement effective training.
Responsibilities
- Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other technologies to enhance delivery and accessibility of training programs.
- Ensure training programs comply with relevant regulatory and industry standards.
- Develop post-training assessment tools to demonstrate the impact trainings are having on business objectives; track and trend outcomes.
- Assess participants' learning performance; identifying needs for additional, specialized, or adaptive instruction.
