Using a structured communication process, you'll conduct virtual consultations, provide educational information, and guide individuals as they explore whether our programs and independent business model align with their personal and professional goals. You'll receive onboarding, business training, digital tools, and ongoing support while developing your skills in communication, client relationship management, leadership, and business development.

Requirements

Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Strong communicators who enjoy building relationships
Organized and able to manage priorities effectively
Comfortable using phone, Zoom, and digital technology
Interested in continuous learning and leadership development
Seeking greater flexibility through an independent business model
Experience in education, administration, client services, healthcare, banking, project coordination, sales, operations, or other people-focused professions is highly valued.

Responsibilities

Respond to inbound inquiries from individuals requesting additional information
Conduct virtual consultations by phone or Zoom
Introduce online educational programs and live leadership events
Answer questions and provide information using a structured communication framework
Build professional relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
Utilize AI-supported technology and digital tools to manage workflow and client communication
Participate in ongoing business training and professional development
Manage your own schedule while building your independent business
