Using adult learning principles, the Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for successfully developing, documenting, and administering engaging learning experiences for new hires, new processes, and new technologies. Training content will cover both soft and hard skills, in classroom environments, one-to-one settings, and using offline Learning Management systems. This role is expected to design and present content in engaging settings, with a heavy focus on system training, technical processes, and organizational procedures. This is a dynamic position that must handle multiple learning programs, priorities, and projects simultaneously.
