The Learning and Development Specialist supports the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of learning programs and initiatives that build employee capability and performance. This role focuses on learning solutions for individual contributors and early-career employees and contributes to end-to-end program activities under the guidance of senior L&D team members. The Specialist collaborates with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and vendors to help implement effective learning experiences, maintain learning systems and content, and support program operations. This position is designed to build foundational skills in instructional design, program coordination, and learning analytics.
