Learning & Development Specialist Remote
About The Position
This is a performance-based independent contract opportunity designed for individuals who want to work remotely while developing a business around their existing strengths in communication, leadership, and relationship building. Working independently, you'll connect with individuals who have requested information about our educational programs and live learning events. Using a structured communication process, you'll conduct virtual consultations, provide educational information, and guide individuals as they explore whether our programs and independent business model align with their personal and professional goals. You'll receive onboarding, business training, digital tools, and ongoing support while developing your skills in communication, client relationship management, leadership, and business development.

- Strong communicators who enjoy building relationships

- Comfortable using phone, Zoom, and digital technology

Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries from individuals requesting additional information
- Conduct virtual consultations by phone or Zoom
- Introduce online educational programs and live leadership events
- Answer questions and provide information using a structured communication framework
- Build professional relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
- Utilize AI-supported technology and digital tools to manage workflow and client communication
- Participate in ongoing business training and professional development
- Manage your own schedule while building your independent business
