About The Position
Execute all Learning initiatives for Industrial Operations personnel. Manage the execution of the Learning strategy and support the business through safety certifications and training. Provide guidance and support to Learning Specialists to ensure goals are met or exceeded.
Requirements
- Measurable experience in Learning and Development.
- Experienced facilitator managing personnel on two shifts.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
