We are seeking an experienced and engaging Learning & Development Facilitator to join our Human Resources team in Boston. In this role, you will serve as a primary facilitator and delivery lead for company-wide training programs that build the knowledge, behaviors, and skills of new hires and existing employees. You will lead programs such as New Hire Orientation, manager training, and employee workshops, ensuring learning experiences are interactive, practical, and impactful. While you will partner on the design and enhancement of training materials, your primary focus will be on facilitating high-quality learning experiences that drive performance, engagement, and business results.
