About The Position

ALPA Insurance is looking to hire a Learning Facilitator The primary role is to deliver new hire training and implement training programs that are aligned with developing insurance sales agents. A successful candidate will have good organizational and interpersonal skills. This is an in-office role in the DFW area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent substantive sales or training experience is required.
  • 3 years learning delivery experience in a corporate or academe environment
  • Must have excellent computer skills with Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to utilize and navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
  • English required; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of insurance industry, preferred.
  • English required; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Review existing training programs; suggests enhancements and modifications to assist increasing productivity and safety of employees.
  • Create learning paths for experienced sales agents and sales trainees in collaboration with Alpa business leaders.
  • Deliver new hire virtual classroom training for agents throughout remote areas in Texas.
  • Ensure training materials and programs are current, active, and effective.
  • Ensure new hires complete their onboarding training requirements.
  • Work with Instructional Designer and business leaders to create learning reinforcement questions.
  • Maintain knowledge of new methods and techniques for training and training requirements that are applicable to the organization.
  • Conducts or facilitates all required training sessions.
  • Lead programs to assist employees with transitions due to technological changes, process changes, and carrier additions/changes.
  • Communicate with management and team members to ensure that all training milestones and goals are met.
  • Provide feedback to business partners regarding employee environment concerns.
