This role focuses on assisting with the creation and management of training programs across three key areas: Learning Resources, Content and Curriculum Development, and Learning Platform Operations. The consultant will partner with the Director to establish performance objectives, identify subject matter experts, recommend delivery methods, and build relationships with business partners. Responsibilities also include assessing third-party training programs, auditing trainers, and monitoring resource utilization. A key aspect of the role is staying current with learning industry trends and best practices.
