Utah Housing Corporation (UHC), located in West Valley City, Utah, is seeking to hire a full-time Learning & Development Business Partner to support the Human Resources Department. This position is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning strategies that build workforce capability, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and support organizational readiness. The Learning & Development Business Partner works closely with organizational leaders and subject matter experts to deliver practical, business-aligned learning solutions that enable performance and support UHC's mission of serving Utah's housing needs through finance and innovation. This position reports to the Vice President of Human Resources and is classified as an exempt position. The Learning & Development Business Partner position pays between $81,203 and $114,413 annually based on education and experience.
