About The Position

The Learning & Development Administrative Assistant supports the Training Center’s administrative and in-person training operations. The role spends approximately 70% of its time on administrative tasks, including ordering meals, consolidating petty cash, preparing data or content, and arranging travel and ride-share transportation for trainees. The assistant is also responsible for transporting trainees between nearby hotels, the training center, and the airport in a company vehicle; this responsibility may be shared with office staff, but ultimate responsibility rests with this position.
