The Learning Developer I will collaborate with Training & Development (T&D) Project Managers, Trainer/Designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and key internal stakeholders to design, build, and maintain high-quality interactive learning content. This role requires applying foundational adult learning principles and systematic instructional design methodologies such as the ADDIE framework to build or modify interactive digital content. The Learning Developer I will develop e-learning modules and blended learning solutions suited for product launches and rapidly changing environments, manage complex multi-project portfolios under minimal supervision as an Adult Learning Expert, and ensure all assets comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements. The position involves designing, producing, and updating digital learning assets, e-learning modules, micro-learning components, and media for online, virtual instructor-led (vILT), and blended learning environments. The role also includes maintaining adherence to T&D content standards, participating in interdepartmental review of content for branding, legal language, and grammar adherence, facilitating review cycles, managing stakeholder completion, and following all Quality Management System (QMS) requirements to align with regulatory requirements. Additionally, the Learning Developer I will partner with technical SMEs, global teams, and cross-functional teams to gather content and script instructional materials, and build interactive media using standard rapid authoring tools and assist in publishing assets within the learning platform infrastructure.
