TrendAI is seeking a learning design and enablement specialist to bring learning and development expertise into HR. The role focuses on behavior change, leadership and team effectiveness, and business impact. The successful candidate will partner with HR Global Partners and business leaders to diagnose needs, design and deliver programs, and prioritize work that helps teams execute faster and supports ARR growth. They are expected to bring an outside-in perspective, proactively propose solutions, and challenge requests when training is not the right answer. The role will build a modular library of workshops on culture, leading through change, manager essentials, feedback, and team effectiveness. Programs should include facilitator guides, materials, reinforcement plans, practice, manager follow-up, and AI coaching. The position will also develop HR capability through train-the-trainer programs, coaching, and curricula covering facilitation, consulting, change, Workday, data, and AI fluency. For HR launches, the role will create launch materials, design an HR knowledge base and content for an AI assistant, and develop a regional network of change champions. The position includes personally facilitating workshops, leadership team offsites, and bootcamps; building leadership and manager development programs; translating culture and values into observable behaviors; using AI and digital tools to personalize learning; measuring learning impact and adoption; leading change management for HR programs and systems; partnering with HR technology on Workday, knowledge, and case management tools; and supporting complex HR questions during launches. The role is not eligible for employer-provided work visa sponsorship; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
