About The Position

Sama is a fast-growing, technology-driven coaching company focused on making professional coaching more accessible. We aim to address the employee engagement challenge by connecting organizations with executive coaches to build resilient, high-performing teams. This is a hands-on, operational role that combines learning design and community building. The position is responsible for the health of our global Coach Community and the learning programs delivered to clients. The ideal candidate is energized by building, content creation, program design, and serving a professional community. Strong organizational skills are essential for record-keeping, data management, and coordination.

Requirements

  • Solid corporate L&D experience, ideally in professional or financial services
  • Strong learning program design skills: you can take a client's need and turn it into a well-structured program
  • Comfort with operational and administrative work; you'll be responsible for record-keeping, scheduling, reporting, and coordination, and you'll need to do it well
  • Experience in a startup, consulting, or freelance environment; you're used to building things without much infrastructure
  • Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills; coaches and clients will both rely on you
  • A self-starter who can prioritise independently in a fast-moving environment

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with executive coaching is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for coach queries and feedback
  • Lead coach onboardings
  • Design and run a calendar of webinars, events, and communication touchpoints that foster genuine connection and professional growth among our coaches
  • Maintain detailed, accurate coach records: capabilities, certifications, experience, areas of expertise, matching criteria, and performance data, keeping them current
  • Monitor coach engagement and performance metrics; identify trends and surface recommendations
  • Keep coaches informed of product updates and ensure they are aligned with Sama's best practices
  • Partner with the Growth Team to advise and coordinate the development of programs for our clients, identifying opportunities for Sama to add value
  • Coordinate the design and delivery of workshops, webinars, training, and coaching programs that leverage our global coach network
  • Tailor existing programs to meet specific client needs
  • Contribute insights to Marketing, Product, and Sales based on what you're hearing from the community
