About The Position

The LMS Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support for the company’s Learning Management System (Learning Connection). This role focuses on maintaining routine system tasks and course information, serving as a primary contact for learners. This position is remote.

Requirements

  • 1+ years’ experience working with Learning Management Systems, specifically Cornerstone OnDemand, preferred
  • Dependable; ability to follow-through
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills.
  • Results driven; ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision with a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work the schedule of 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST (Eastern Standard Time)

Responsibilities

  • Process learner rosters ensuring accuracy of participant data
  • Monitor and respond to questions in the LMS inbox in a timely manner
  • Maintain the Global Learning course library and archive
  • Generate and distribute standard reports as requested
  • Follow established processes and guidelines for all LMS tasks
  • Build assignments in the LMS based on provided criteria, as needed
