About The Position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Learning Content Creator to develop engaging training materials that support professional development, workplace productivity, and skill growth. This role combines instructional design, content creation, and learner engagement to produce high-quality learning experiences across multiple formats.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in instructional design, learning content development, training, education, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
• Experience creating presentations and learning materials using tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Canva, Articulate, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or other generative AI platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience developing professional development or workplace skills content.
• Knowledge of eLearning development tools and LMS platforms.
• Background in communications, education, organizational development, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop learning content, including presentations, facilitator guides, participant materials, videos, job aids, and eLearning resources.
• Translate complex topics into clear, engaging, and learner-friendly content.
• Collaborate with trainers, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to identify learning needs and create effective solutions.
• Incorporate adult learning principles and interactive learning strategies into all content.
• Create and maintain content related to communication, leadership, productivity, business skills, technology, and AI-enabled workplace effectiveness.
• Review, update, and improve existing training materials based on feedback and business needs.
• Ensure consistency in branding, instructional quality, and learner experience across all content.
