About The Position

Think Zone is seeking full-time Center Managers to lead and develop their flagship learning centers in the Bay Area. As a Center Manager, you will manage your center as if you were the owner, with complete backing from headquarters. You will play a vital role in influencing students' educational journeys, gaining the confidence of families, and contributing to the expansion of the Think Zone brand.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
Based in the Bay Area and available for in-person full-time work
Strong communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience in education, operations, customer service, or team leadership is a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day operations and ensure smooth classroom execution and scheduling
Build strong, trusted relationships with families and maintain high customer satisfaction
Monitor student learning progress and track parent/student feedback
Promote your center through school outreach, events, and local partnerships
Convert trial students into long-term enrollments
Partner with our Growth Team to achieve center targets
Recruit and train tutors with HQ support
Create a fun, professional, and reliable team culture
Maintain teaching/service quality through coaching, feedback, and accountability
Help pilot new systems, share feedback, and support process improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ teams (training, curriculum, marketing, operations)
