East Bay (Fremont/Milpitas) Center Manager
About The Position
Think Zone is a fast-growing Bay Area-based learning center brand, offering personalized, effective math learning for K–8 students. Through a powerful combination of curriculum, system, and human support, we are scaling a new kind of education experience. We are hiring full-time Learning Center Manager to lead and grow our flagship learning centers in the Bay Area. As the Center Manager, you’ll operate your center like a business owner—with full support from headquarters—and play a critical role in shaping students’ learning experiences, earning families’ trust, and building the future of the Think Zone brand.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Based in the Bay Area and available for in-person full-time work
- Strong communication skills

- Experience in education, operations, customer service, or team leadership is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations and ensure smooth classroom execution and scheduling
- Build strong, trusted relationships with families and maintain high customer satisfaction
- Monitor student learning progress and track parent/student feedback
- Promote your center through school outreach, events, and local partnerships
- Convert trial students into long-term enrollments
- Partner with our Growth Team to achieve center targets
- Recruit and train tutors with HQ support
- Create a fun, professional, and reliable team culture
- Maintain teaching/service quality through coaching, feedback, and accountability
- Help pilot new systems, share feedback, and support process improvements
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ teams (training, curriculum, marketing, operations)
