The Learning Business Partner II – Employee Development leads the delivery of a comprehensive, blended new hire orientation experience designed to engage a high-performing workforce. This role supports employees from their first day through the initial six weeks of employment, ensuring a structured and impactful onboarding journey. Responsible for the design and execution of early-stage onboarding, including orientation, this position develops key touchpoints that foster engagement, accelerate productivity, and promote a seamless transition into the organization. The Learning Business Partner II also provides guidance to team members supporting onboarding initiatives, ensuring consistent, high-quality program delivery. In addition, this role contributes to the design, development, and facilitation of broader training programs to enhance overall new hire success and organizational effectiveness. This position will allow the successful candidate to work a primarily hybrid schedule in the Home office (Morrisville, NC). At minimum one day a week working onsite is required, or additional days onsite as necessary to support training events such as New Employee Orientation (both setup and facilitation) or ODL or POD onsite meetings. The selected candidate is also required travel to our Charlotte office on a as needed basis.
