About The Position
The Eberly College of Science, Department of Biology, is looking to hire Learning Assistants (LA) to provide support to Biology courses overseen by Teaching Faculty during the 2026-2027 academic year. These positions will be supervised by Denise Woodward. The LA will help faculty organize coursework, explain biology concepts to students, and hold office hours and/or review sessions.
Requirements
- Full-time registered Penn State students
- Successfully completed the course for which they will be assisting (BIOL114)
- Successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies
