The WW Sales Enablement organization seeks an engaged and motivated individual to join us as a Learning Architect reporting to the WW Design and Development Manager. Based on identified training needs in the Sales/Sales Enablement/Global functions, the Learning Architect/L&D Development Specialist designs and develops sales, technical, or leadership/management training materials, including traditional, media-based, and advanced video deliverables. They collaborate on the design of projects and lead the development, implementation, and evaluation processes. The role involves working with Business Partners and Stakeholders to ensure development plans meet objectives. The Learning Architect also participates in special projects, collaborating with other teams within the Sales Enablement organization. This role requires the ability to produce high-quality video content, including scripting, filming, editing, motion graphics integration, and post-production workflows. Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert, providing direction and guidance for process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine the best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.
