The Learning & Talent Development Specialist strengthens the organization’s learning, development, and onboarding infrastructure by ensuring employees and leaders have access to effective, well-designed training and development resources. This role serves as the company’s primary learning management system (LMS) liaison with the parent company, supports consistent and effective use of learning tools, translates business training needs into practical learning solutions, and uses data to improve training completion and accountability. This position contributes to a stronger learning culture by supporting employee growth and engagement, supporting new hire onboarding and orientation, advising leaders and subject matter experts on learning design, coordinating training solutions, facilitating learning governance activities, and supporting a consistent onboarding and orientation experience.
