FanDuel is looking for a Learning & Development Partner to support the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning programs that drive employee growth, capability building, and business performance. This role plays a key part in executing high-quality learning experiences across the organization—spanning program coordination, LMS management, vendor support, and stakeholder engagement—while contributing ideas that enhance the overall learning ecosystem. This role partners closely with the Director of Learning & Development, HR Business Partners, Talent Management, HRIS, and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, engaging, and scalable learning experiences across our global workforce. The Learning & Development Partner will manage multiple programs simultaneously, contribute to process improvements, and help ensure a seamless end-to-end learner journey. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined below, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
