About The Position

HHAeXchange is a leading technology platform for home and community-based care, founded in 2008 with the mission to create a comprehensive end-to-end homecare solution. The company is seeking a Learning & Development Partner to drive organization-wide learning strategy by curating, implementing, and measuring development programs. This role will take an AI-first approach, leveraging artificial intelligence tools and existing content libraries to deliver scalable, high-impact learning experiences. The L&D Partner will oversee general employee onboarding, management and leadership development (including the LeadWell program), and emerging development needs across the business. This role acts as a liaison between People & Culture and the CX/Enablement function to ensure a seamless employee experience from onboarding through career progression. This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in the NYC office.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a related field within a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated experience curating and scaling learning programs using third-party content, AI tools, and digital platforms.
  • Demonstrated use of leveraging AI tools to develop and deploy meaningful learning programs effectively.
  • Hands-on experience administering and configuring a Learning Management System (WorkRamp, Lessonly, Docebo, or similar).
  • Previous experience defining onboarding-to-enablement handoff models.
  • Proven ability to design and facilitate management/leadership development programs.
  • Strong cross-functional partnership skills with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and facilitation—with audiences at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, autonomous environment with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Leverage AI tools to curate, personalize, and scale learning programs.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging AI capabilities and third-party content libraries.
  • Build an internal framework for content curation versus creation.
  • Own the enterprise-wide onboarding experience for all new hires.
  • Partner with CX/Enablement to define onboarding-to-enablement handoff points.
  • Design and maintain shared onboarding content.
  • Measure onboarding effectiveness.
  • Own and evolve the LeadWell management development program.
  • Design development pathways for managers and high-potential employees.
  • Facilitate learning sessions and curate self-paced content.
  • Conduct learning needs analyses and develop annual learning roadmaps.
  • Partner with HRBPs and business leaders to identify workforce capability gaps.
  • Serve as the primary L&D liaison to the Customer Experience team.
  • Partner with People & Culture leadership on talent assessment and succession planning.
  • Administer and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Establish and maintain measurement frameworks for learning programs.
  • Develop scalable career development resources.
  • Partner with leaders and HRBPs to establish role-based development pathways.
  • Support internal mobility initiatives.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning and career ownership.
  • Support organizational change initiatives through learning and adoption strategies.
  • Develop scalable approaches to reinforce behavior change and adoption.
