Join our Human Resources team as a Learning and Development (L&D) Intern and gain hands-on experience supporting impactful training programs and employee development initiatives across the Town of Erie. In this role, you'll work alongside our Organizational Development Manager to gain valuable exposure to the day-to-day operations of Learning and Development. You'll have opportunities to: Coordinate training programs and learning events Support training communications and logistics Assist with learning management system administration Help evaluate training effectiveness and learner feedback Contribute to the development of training content and resources As part of your internship experience, you'll also have the opportunity to facilitate a dedicated section of our new manager training program. With coaching, feedback, and support from the team, you'll develop confidence in public speaking, learner engagement, and training delivery while making a meaningful contribution to the growth and success of our employees.
