This position blends clinical expertise with instructional design and facilitation skills, ensuring training is evidence-based, aligned with best practices, and responsive to regulatory and organizational requirements. The Specialist also collaborates with internal partners to evaluate learning needs, adapt programming, and support continuous improvement in service delivery and staff capability.
