About The Position

We’re looking for a sharp, coordinated, and digitally fluent L&D Intern to join our team this fall. This internship is for the kind of person who looks at an AI tool and immediately starts thinking about how it changes the way people learn. You will be embedded inside a real L&D function at a purpose-driven consulting and communications organization, working on programs that matter to real employees. You’ll have a genuine hand in shaping how learning and development works here. Your work will span AI literacy, organizational change management, and learning rollout.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in HR, Education, Organizational Psychology, Adult Learning, Business, or MBA (in progress or completed)
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools – ChatGPT, Claude, and/or Copilot
  • Strong project management and coordination skills – you think in workback plans and asset trackers
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Facilitation experience – you’ve designed or led workshops, training sessions, or similar programs
  • Executive presence – you can present clearly and confidently to senior leaders
  • Based in or able to relocate to the Toronto area

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Articulate 360 or similar eLearning authoring tools
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Learning
  • Knowledge of AI governance frameworks
  • Background or genuine interest in DEI, Indigenous reconciliation, and equity-informed practices
  • Change management certification or experience

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and delivery of AI literacy training programs across the organization
  • Build and manage project coordination assets: workback plans, asset trackers, and scheduling documentation
  • Draft facilitator guides, job aids, and learning reference materials
  • Assist with change management projects tied to new systems, policy rollouts, and workforce transitions
  • Assist in managing the LinkedIn Learning platform, including content curation, learner communications, and usage reporting
  • Contribute to research on emerging topics such as skills intelligence, AI governance in HR, and trauma-informed practice in the workplace
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Internal Communications, IT, the AI Team, and business leaders
  • Facilitate workshops and present project updates to senior leaders and executive stakeholders
  • Support learning design elements that reflect DEI and Indigenous reconciliation principles
