About The Position
Assist in collecting information and documenting processes to improve the efficiency and productivity of manufacturing operations.
Requirements
- Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft office
- Exceptional technical skills, analytical ability, judgment, and strong operational focus
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Minimum of 0 - 2 years’ experience in manufacturing
Nice To Haves
- Applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree
Responsibilities
- Follow up on the 6S+ program in the plant by teaching, supporting , and facilitating workshops.
- Collect data and assist to the preparation of Kaizen events (time studies, waste analysis, balance charts, define playbooks)
- Teach, implement, and support daily management system deployment and maturity.
- Focus improvements as assigned.
