About The Position

Assist in collecting information and documenting processes to improve the efficiency and productivity of manufacturing operations. Follow up on the 6S+ program in the plant by teaching, supporting, and facilitating workshops. Collect data and assist in the preparation of Kaizen events (time studies, waste analysis, balance charts, define playbooks). Teach, implement, and support daily management system deployment and maturity. Focus improvements as assigned.

Requirements

  • Strong communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office
  • Exceptional technical skills, analytical ability, judgment, and strong operational focus
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Minimum of 0 - 2 years’ experience in manufacturing
  • Associate degree in engineering or related field; applicable experience may be considered in lieu of degree
