About The Position

LU-VE GROUP is a global leader in the development and production of industrial and commercial heat exchangers, serving industries including Data Centers, Power Generation, Food Processing, and Industrial Refrigeration. As we expand our Jacksonville, Texas manufacturing facility to 220,000 square feet, we are seeking a motivated Lean Process Engineer to support operational excellence and continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or continuous improvement.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with time studies, root cause analysis, and process optimization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
  • Experience in HVAC, industrial manufacturing, or heat exchanger production.
  • Experience supporting new production lines or manufacturing expansion projects.
  • Knowledge of OEE, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement tools.

Responsibilities

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing methodologies, including 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping.
  • Analyze production processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct time studies, evaluate production cycle times, and improve labor utilization.
  • Utilize SAP to analyze production data, monitor performance, and support process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and standardized work instructions.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce scrap, downtime, rework, and manufacturing costs.
  • Support production line optimization, equipment implementation, and facility expansion projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve productivity, quality, and operational performance.
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and continuous improvement results.
