About The Position

As a member of the lean enterprise team, the Lean Facilitator is responsible for conducting and managing lean events at their site or in their function. This role involves identifying goals at the event level, acting as a change agent, and using existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems. The facilitator will respond to standard requests from internal and external customers, develop rapport with others, communicate information effectively, and work within limited technical guidelines to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• High school diploma
• 1+ year experience
• Familiar with lean concepts and tools. (Kaizen, 5s value stream mapping, etc.)
• Demonstrates understanding of basic business and industry concepts.
• Understands patterns and trends in data.
• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
