About The Position

As a member of the lean enterprise team, the Lean Facilitator is responsible for conducting and managing lean events at their site or in their function. Requirements

High school diploma
1+ year experience
Familiar with lean concepts and tools. (Kaizen, 5s value stream mapping, etc.)
Demonstrates understanding of basic business and industry concepts.
Understands patterns and trends in data.

Responsibilities

Conducting and managing lean events at the site or function
Identifies goals at event level and acts as a change agent
Uses existing procedures to solve routine or standard problems; applies limited judgment and discretion.
Responds to standard requests from internal and external customers and develops rapport with others
Communicates information, asks questions and checks for understanding
Works within limited technical guidelines and direction to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
