About The Position

HPC-Industrial, Powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Supervisor IS (Industrial Services) in Morris, IL. This role is responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and coordinating the daily operations of two or more service line crews. Key duties include ensuring proper equipment operation, driving operational efficiencies, and completing accurate job documentation in a timely manner. The supervisor must ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, maintain positive customer relations through quality and timely industrial cleaning services, and act as a representative of HPC-Industrial to foster continuous working relationships with clients.

Requirements

Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
Must be able to pass a Fit Test for respirator use.
Must be able to wear a respirator.
Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment.
Must be able to work in confined spaces.
Must be able to work in extreme temperatures.
Must be able to work at heights.
Must be able to work overtime as needed.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
Must be able to travel as needed.
Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial cleaning or a related field.
Must have a minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities
