About The Position

This self-directed and detail-orientated individual is responsible for assisting the supervisor of the department, as well as orderly operation of the regulator department. This includes completion of production orders in a timely fashion, support of lean transformation, employee engagement, and problem solving. This position reports to the Production Supervisor, is onsite, and is based in Franklin, NH.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 4+ years of related manufacturing experience
  • Understanding of and adherence to applicable laws, codes, policies, regulations, and safety practices and procedures, as applicable.
  • Must successfully establish employment eligibility and satisfactorily complete background checks, and required pre-employment testing as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe work environment and culture for all associates, following all safety rules and regulations, and escalating all safety concerns immediately.
  • Ensure that any job-related injury and/or illness is reported immediately to the Supervisor.
  • Maintain constant communication with the supervisor to coordinate work assignments to meet customer demands and shipping schedules.
  • Assist employees by solving problems, answering questions, reviewing quality, and training employees.
  • Troubleshoot equipment and systems, coordinate with maintenance and other support departments as needed to maintain the production schedule.
  • Act as an informal leader and influence without authority, abiding by our Code of Conduct and in accordance with our values to engage employees and build positive employee relations in a professional manner.
  • Lead daily tier meetings.
  • Drives continuous process improvement in coordination with the CI team.
  • Drives inventory accuracy.
  • Maintain primary work area in accordance with 5S standards.
  • Maintain attendance and punctuality standards; wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by Production Supervisor or Company management.
